Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: samba
I have firefox's (3.0) profile stored on a samba share. Ocasionally (about
twice a day) when entering data into a webcontrol, firefox freezes. The cause
seems to be the samba daemon on the server that deadlocks. A new samba daemon
is spawned aft
I have what I think is the same problem. Windows XP guest on jaunty x86_64 host:
$ kvm -hda windows_xp.qcow2 -boot c -m 1024 -localtime -serial /dev/ttyS0
Setting the baudrate on Windows also modifies the baudrate on the jaunty
host, but no data is transferred.
When I run:
$ qemu -hda windows_x

Depending on timidity may not be a good idea, because people with midi hardware
or soundcards that support midi in hardware probably don't need or even want a
software midi synthesizer like timidity.
Rosegarden should *suggest* timidity, which it doesn't do currently (jaunty)

I have this issue on my N210 on Maverick (2.6.35). Screen stays black
after resume. I've installed a Lucid kernel (2.6.32). This kernel does
resume from suspend properly and seems to work ok with Maverick
otherwise too.
