With my bcm4311 I can connect with the b43 driver but the connection
drops often and is slow. I get quite some dropped packets. A few kernels

I also like GianFranco installed gnome-compiz-manager and now it works
also fine.
What I noticed that in gnome-compiz-manager the number of desktop was
only set to one. Other thing I notice again that as before when I had
installed beryl the desktop switcher looks a bit weird again it's
completely

Confirm, the same problem is happening with my 10.04 Server
installation. NEC DVD RW ND-3520A fails with the "Please insert disc..."
message, my second CD/DVD reader, ASUS DVD-ROM E608, works fine and
completes the installation.

In this age of large hard disks it is not advisable to have a /root partition
size which is just "a bare minimum". Even on my netbook with only 8 GB I use a

If Lucid has zim > 0.42 this is correct. On unix we call xdg-open by
default, which should in turn do the right thing on Gnome, KDE and XFCE.

Probably due to a glitch in either gtk itself or the gtk-perl bindings.
A bug in the perl code in which the application is written should never
result in a segfault.

I'm the developer for this application and would like to investigate.
Unfortunately these apport reports don't mean much to me. Please include
the actual error output from zim.
You can get output on stderr by running zim from a terminal with "zim
-D".
