I think, the quoted text from RFC is not apply to this issue. What I experienced is that the mail source showed that the To filed was encoded (ISO-8859-1). However, Evolution did not decode the encoded header field, Evolution just displayed it as is, starting with '=?ISO-8859-1?Q?' and ending wit

I upgraded from 9.10 to 10.04.My cursor become invisible.
