Kicad 5 - configured footprint library names do not match
I had removed V4 packages (kicad-library) after installing V5 ones
(kicad-libraries). Removing all of them and reinstalling V5 fixed my
issue, I think it can be closed now.
It seems that upgrading a design from V4 to V5 requires quite a bit of

The patch fixes the issue for cloud-archive:mitaka, after applying the latest
update from mitaka-proposed, the exception is not longer raised, and the program
continues its execution correctly.
