In Ubuntu 19.04 (maybe also in other versions) gnome-mpv (0.14-1ubuntu1)
is not fully usable by default, because the important 'Settings'-menu is
not in the panel.
As a user u first have to install gnome-tweaks to disable the
application-menu in gnome-panel.
