I've tested the new Manila Ussuri packages on Bionic and Focal. The
testing was done as described in the `[Test Case]` in the bug
description.
The tested packages versions are:
* Bionic - 1:10.0.0-0ubuntu0.20.04.2~cloud0
* Focal - 1:10.0.0-0ubuntu0.20.04.2
