When I leave my Lenovo X61 Tablet idle for a while in Intrepid it sometimes
freezes. All that's left showing is the desktop background, the mouse moves,
but nothing can bring it back. When I ssh in Xorg is at 100% cpu. The stack

Here's my lspci output. I've made no xorg.conf changes (thanks for the
amazing work on autodetection!). I'll attach the Xorg log when I next
see the crash.
I've installed debug packages of a bunch of these Xorg things - is there
a good way to run the version that includes debug symbols?

This crash seems to be occurring for me too with the latest kernel (on
Oct 21st) on my Thinkpad X61 Tablet. I'll try the backports modules
mentioned above.

On my Lenovo X61 Tablet I've been running Compiz since Hardy. It worked fine
when I upgraded to the Intrepid beta, but while trying to determine what was
causing a crash (it turned out to be the wireless drivers) I switched from
