Binary package hint: gnu-smalltalk
GNU Smalltalk was not buildable on Lucid and was removed from the Lucid
Repostory. I have had a look and thanks to the GNU Smalltalk upstream
have created a patch that makes it buildable again.
The problem on my lucid installation was that

On 3rd the password is echoed as such, only after pressing enter it prints the
passwords again with stars.

When printing a PDF document (generated with latex) the text is barely
visible. On close inspection one sees that the text was printed but with
very toner. I am using a Samsung ML-1630 monochrome laser printer, it is
working with the SPLIX driver.
The problem is related to PD
I am back to using FreeBSD jails. The initial message of the bug report
says I was using lxc-create -t natty.

I have created a weekly recurring event in thunderbird, after about a
couple of weeks the VEVENT has thousands of copies of the recurring
information.
Initially:
RRULE:FREQ=WEEKLY^M
RRULE:FREQ=WEEKLY;COUNT=400^M
After:
RRULE:FREQ=WEEKLY^M
RRULE:FREQ=WEEKLY;COUNT=400^M

This is on Ubuntu Natty with a Natty container (lxc-create -t natty).
Forcing a reboot in the container will fail.
1.) the container will not reboot
2.) lxc-ls will list the container twic
3.) lxc-start will hang somewhere printing this on the consol
