I am sure it is not my screen. When I called Dell (the last time) they
asked me to do a screen check and at that time it passed. When my
computer went to Dell they ended up fixing some scratches and things in
the screen, so now it is much better.
(I'm on my Vista right now)

I had a Hardy Heron disk lying around and tried it with that. It was
fine. The problem is unique to the installed version.
So, although I could reinstall it, I have some files on it.

I mounted the hard drives with a live CD (9.10 actually - because the
Live 10.04 did not work - just a black screen appeared - and Hardy Heron
does not support ext4 file systems). Unfortunately I just used Gparted
and removed the partition afterwords and then installed

who installed Compiz would want an easier area to access it. Also don't
you find that, after installing Compiz, having no radial selection box
selected in Visual Effects look strange?

at them, many times they do not follow the music and do not look that

How can adding simple-ccsm into Compiz result in a broken Compiz? It
works flawlessly, explains Compiz better, and integrates Compiz with
Ubuntu much better. My opinion however - I am not a developer.
