I have encountered the same bug trying to play Minecraft. I have
encountered the same bug using Sun Java also.

I'm having the exact same problem. Ran the same debug and got
essentially the same output. Perhaps it has something to do with the
number of contacts?
As an aside, I own two android devices and both sync fine.
