In ubuntu 8.10, my Realtek Card Reader (internal) worked flawlessly.
Now, in jaunty, it won't mount no matter what. But it seems that HAL
recognize the device, naming it:

@Asad... I thought the Google Talk Experimental, of Google Labs,
supports this function. I think last time I've used it, it was there...
In fact, the "stable" client doesn't have the Invisible status, but the
experimental does.
BTW, anyone knows why this "feature" won't get implemented?

But, as result of some test, I've disables Compiz AND gnome-screensaver
(I put a black screen, just something without OpenGPL) and the issue
disappeared...
Maybe the people who disable compiz have a fancy screensaver and because

I think you should reconsider opening this bug again.
When you receive a call, and you need to press a number (like for some
options) you CAN'T, because you have no dialpad.
In my Company's Asterisk server, you call the central machine and then
you should chose some options (via pressing numbers)
Confirmed fixed on a fully updated lucid box. Even the Parent Folder
icon is with the new color palette.

I confirm this too, Lucid AMD64 Beta 3 fully upgraded (to the date).
This crash occurs particularly more often when there is something going
