Photo naming algorithm is part of qtubuntu-camera, file
storagemanager.cpp: StorageManager::nextMediaFileName(). I believe that
should be fixed to use a fixed counter ideally, or adding a timestamp.

Side note: the best solution would be of course that the thumbnailer
notices that even though the file name is the same, the file is
different and therefore a new thumbnail needs to be generated.
