I have a Dell Studio 1558 Laptop, running Lucid 64 bit full release.#
My laptop fan spins at max constantly. I am not the only one having this

One thing I noticed is that the temperature is coming back as 0 degrees at one
temp point, and only 26.8C at other:
acpi -V

I installed the restricted driver, and everything seems to be perfect
now
