I tried install ubuntu on old notebook Lenovo ideapad z570, which has MBR
partition.
Installation failed.

the bios are old, it work in "legacy" by default :)
in fact there was ubuntu 13.04, that worked fine, and that was surprise that I
cannot install 18.04

I got boot problem also, but only a black screen no any message.

I have Xorg memory leak also,
Xorg process grow up when change the wallpaper,
I tried use wallpaper changer (Variety), and Xorg starts use a lot
memory after couple wallpaper transition
In common case the Xorg process use around 200-300Mb on my system,
but with wallpaper changer Xorg memory usa
disabling "EHCI hand-off" and "Legacy USB 3.0 support" (support for
USB 3.0 devices on legacy operating systems) in BIOS fixed the problem
for me (motherboard ASUS P8Z68-V)

but stuck on startup if:

I have an issue with Ghostscript and printing.
I use Gutenprint for my Canon MG5440, and I cannot print a photo 4"x6" (or
6"x4"), it does not print anything, however I still able to print A4 paper size.
I use Ubuntu 18.04 and Gutenprint 5.3.1.
The printing fail with message
Additional, if I run a raw GS command, Ghostscript does not crashes.
