normally causes the problem to happen again.

Pulseaudio does not work if booted normally; no soundcards are detected.
It cannot be killed or restarted.
If booted in recovery mode, it works as it should.

Updates this morning fixed this. Now it would be great to be able to use

appears to go behind the window and the mouse then becomes unresponsive

I am using "pop"... I am not sure what "behind a proxy means"; I am new
to this, so when I set up evolution mail, I used the default settings
