Hi,
I'm using a dark desktop theme (white text + dark background) and the
Terminal output of the do-release-upgrade tool seems to have a problem
with it. Both the text and the background are in different shades of
white and therefore hard to read.

Hi
A new Smb4K version 1.0.1 was released by Debian [1].
It would be nice to have this new version in Ubuntu, because the current
version 0.10.10 in Ubuntu 12.04 [2] doesn't work properly [3].
[1] http://packages.debian.org/unstable/kde/smb4k
[2] http://packages.ubuntu.com
It seems to work again in Kubuntu 14.10.

Public bug reported:
Hi!
Since the last distro upgrade to Kubuntu 14.10 (64 bit) from 14.04
(Kernel 3.13) the WiFi reconnection after suspend to RAM doesn't work
properly anymore.
As workaround I switch back to suspend to RAM again and then doing a
immediate wakeup.
