Public bug reported: I experienced a bug on 22.04 LTS when resizing the height of the Terminal window using Alt + F8 + [Up|Down]. Increasing the height no longer works while decreasing the height still works. I tested other applications (e.g. Gedit, Firefox, Files) and I can still increase the win
