I think what you are referring to here is the HTML markup, rather than
the original markup of the document, which is written in Docbook XML.
The conversion of the document to HTML is performed by a parser called
xsltproc and stylesheets supplied by the docbook-xsl package - the

Having discussed this with Connor on irc, we've decided to include this
patch - the affected strings are all completely "language-neutral" so
it's safe to change them.

I think it's ok to get this in quickly as a string freeze exception -
the usb-creator document is a new one and isn't translated into too many
languages yet. This typo has been caught pretty early so I've gone ahead
and committed the fix.

The current menu entry is quite unpleasant to look at (because it begins
with a small letter) and is inconsistent with the other menu entries for
core components which don't use the name of the application. Is the
desktop team of the view that this menu entry is correct?
