Selected the default theme in the old version. Restart to make sure it

This bug happened because I happened to have had an Apple harddisk

Also happens on my Ubuntu 10.04 AMD64.
During the recent upgrade process I noticed the error. Apparently a
likewise service fails to stop, giving some kind of a generic error 13,
or something along those lines, resulting in a failed installation (are
there any apt logs I can fetch you?).

In the end, aptitude preformed some kind of recovery and apparently
successfully installed 5.4.0.42111-2ubuntu1.2? I still got the apport
crash report of a failed upgrade though.

I also found this in the syslog durring the time of the upgrade, hope it
helps (I would guess the segfault is relevant):
