I think you can fix it manually (if you still haven't got the update) by
replacing second "lang" (without quotes) with "lang_code" (again,
without quotes) in line 342 of /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-
packages/aptdaemon/progress.py. Additionally, you will need to replace
"country" with "region" in line 3
