Apparently the problem is with the MPEG-TS demuxer [mpegtsdemux] which
was never designed for random access so it needs to be fixed or

It doesn't have to be built into transmission, but perhaps a separate
tool could be created. It doesn't matter how this is implemented, just
so long as there is a migration path. The ugliest solution, if it comes
to that, i suppose would be to just be able to extract torrent files
from deluge

I'm familiar with VLC but i have no idea how it would be capable of
this. AVCHD files are stored on camcorders as video files split into 2GB
