I would suggest you tried to reproduce this with the latest version of
xmms2. The version you're using is really really really old. If the
problem still occurs with latest stable release I suggest you file a bug
at http://bugs.xmms2.xmms.se

That's due to a patch to last ubuntu package of xmms2 not being migrated
upstream. Add #include "limits.h" or whatever that patch did and you're
good to go.

Ok.. something is definatly wrong somewhere. But a temporary solution is
to:
$ apt-get source azureus
$ cd azureus-2.4.0.2
$ rm debian/patches/azureus-themed.patch
$ fakeroot debian/rules binary
$ cd ..
$ sudo dpkg -i azureus_2.4.0.2-0ubuntu2_all.deb
This will make azureus run with the default lo

The maintenence of this package seems very strange. The last update to
DrJekyll version occured _after_ the release of DrKosmos. Now 5 months
post DrK release the package has still not been updated to the latest
version, and a really really old and broken version of XMMS2 goes into
the LTS release
My T60 doesn't boot with 2.6.24-16-generic either, can't find root
partition. works again when booting with the old 2.6.24-15-generic

i can confirm this, after connecting to wifi hung my laptop (ThinkPad
X200) I forced a shutdown (power button 4 sec), after booting again, at
least two files became unavailable with the dmesg log:
