Booting with i8042.nomux=1 fixes the issue for me. I'll try the livecd
later tonight.

Multichannel sound is not working on my Creative CA0132 sound card.

I have to agree. Not everyone in the world has the funds to replace
their 4x3 aspect ratio monitors with a new widescreen flat panel. On my
old but still beefy AMD Athlon64x2 (dual core @ 2.6GHz), the launcher
takes a lot of effort to come out of hiding. So, unless the launcher

When I click to take a picture with the webcam during install, it takes
a second and freezes the live preview as though it had just taken the
photo, but then *retakes* the photo 1 or 2 seconds later

The Dell WFP3007 is a dual dvi lcd panel that supports native 2560x1600.
I have used vesa and fglrx drivers with my ATi Radeon X1600XT
successfuly. The monitor will only get signal when the GDM login screen

When loading a directory mounted remotely (sshfs) or with a lot of
content, Nautilus will erase what has been typed into the path input
when the directory finishes loading. It will replace what has been typed

This seems to be a generic bug with Transmission and checksumming
downloaded files. It will happily tell you that the files are correct
until you move them to another folder and actually force transmission to
recheck. Even "verify local data" doesn't work. Not having looked at the
