p.s. Apart from this bug the system radomly freezes completely with

i tried installing kernel 3.6.3-030603-generic but it did not boot. i
went back to original 3.2.0-33-generic and tweaked a few settings in
CompizConfig Settings Manager, Unsettings and disabled all video drivers
and so far no freezing since this morning. i will keep an eye on it for
a week and repo
Brasero 2.30.2 AMD64, Xubuntu 10.03: I split a 59-minute FLAC file into
nine tracks and burned to CD. Tracks 2, 3 and 7 are just static. The
others are fine.

Hmm expired again? I'm having the same issue on my Asus (same card,
firmware and rev), and searching the interwebz shows a lot of users with
the same issue.
