[Bug 332304] [NEW] Dolphin: Window covers the full screen in normal mode

Public bug reported: Binary package hint: kdebase When I open Dolphin I expect the window to be shown maximized but with the title bar visible right under the top panel, but the window fully covers the screen instead. It extends over the upper and the lower panels. I cannot access the desktop.
