Ok, it is a well-known bug/feature that debug-enabled *and* unoptimized code produced through GCC's g++ is buggy. The best solution is to use "CXXFLAGS=-g -O" or similar. One just should *not* turn off optimization completely. Maybe a corresponding warning should be added to the g++ binary. -- c
