Here is my current trial of xvidcap on 11.04
It records screen area nicely. No sound.
Stop recordiing then hit 'play' and system brings up mplayer.
Missing /dev/mga_vid and /dev/fd0 has permission rw-rw bits set.

After filing the bug report I have moved 200km from the original
computer.
I have another computer (this one that I am typing this in) and I checked the
attached
graph.ps from Marcel and it displays on this system correctly. I diffed
Marcel's graph.ps
with the one I generated and they are the s
please mark this bug as solved or non-reproducable. i have gotten back to the
original
system that i was having the problem on and it now works correctly. i am not
sure that
updates since the bug was filed have corrected a system problem.

downloaded natty-11.04-desktop-i386.iso to install on netbook.
start usb-creator-gtk and using GUI get the .iso and the USB
memory device (KINGSTON) with 3.7GB free.
