[Bug 1528864] [NEW] precise: downloading / saving files always fails

Public bug reported: On Precise 12.04.1 since the latest update to 43.0-build1-0ubuntu0.12.04.1 downloading or saving of files doesn't work. Showing PDFs with the internal viewer does work but as soon as i click on 'save' the download manger says failed. The same happens if i use 'Save link as'. T
