gdc-4.6 requires libphobos2-4.6-dev.
installed gdc with: `sudo apt-get install gdc-4.6`. attempting to
compile a very, very simple D file gave me:
hello.d:1: Error: module stdio is in file 'std/stdio.d' which cannot be read
import path[0] = /usr/include/d2/4.6

if I cold boot via my computer's power button, Ubuntu 12.10 won't start
whereas 12.04 did. however, if I CTRL+ALT+DEL after Ubuntu was supposed
to have started, it restarts and shows the grub menu. after that,
everything works as expected.
I used quantal's guided whole-disk
this happens with absolutely any 10bit video, and a link to a sample is

tested in mplayer2 (works), and tested in totem (did not work).
