I've been seeing gnome-panel crash on me a few times a day with no
reports.

I've had two gnome-panel crashes since I commented last and I don't have
any crash reports for gnome-panel in /var/crash/ either.

I did a complete update earlier today and since then no issues. I tried
exiting and restarting pidgin several times and sending messages to
gchat buddies and no crashes at all. Seems to be fixed as far as I can
tell.

I just updated Hardy and I'm seeing the exact same behavior that Stefan
is.
If I start pidgin I can send messages to yahoo and AIM with no problems.
If the first messages is to a googlechat(XMPP) buddy then I crash
immediately with the errors pasted below. However if I message a yahoo
or AIM budd
