base-files postinst. This was due to the part which runs find across

They're still present in the source for historical reasons. However,
they are no longer installed as they no longer work.

In openoffice writer, the "Field shadings" option in the View menu seems

So, I removed it with:
sudo apt-get purge dropbox
and then removed no longer needed dependencies with:
sudo apt-get autoremove
I restarted my computer and then tried reinstalling dropbox with:

I can't remove notify-osd since I'm using a multi-user machine, and some
of the users are using other desktop environments. How does the "dbus
magic" work, and can it be turned into correctly-working magic?
