my dvds. I just removed it rebooted then reloaded again . It still gives
me 1 frame every 5 sec. it seems. and DVD will start only to stop

Yes I know after I reported this I noticed . I used report from pidgin
and not to the previous report. I am new forgive me. I also can not
mount on boot my cd/dvd. I wanted to try mint someone suggested to me

when I installed wireless belkin g I have to lower the firewall setting on my
westell dsl modem to low. high blocks the pidgin from operating
unknown why the difference when it was fine before the belkin g wireless router

I am so frustrated in upgrading! Upgraded to 10.04 (mounting non on / dev
failed: no such device ) Going through past experience, all recovery moods

I have 9.10 and after an update the 12th it will not start. Does anyone

I am using firefox 3.6 Not a problem but I am still on the older 9.10 unbuntu
because every time I try and upgrade to 10.04 it will not boot up It is a
smoother and cleaner os but I really wish they would fix the upgrade issue.
My firfox has closed a few times but remembers my tabs so nothing l
If I rememebr the upgrade issues started about 7.04 up to 7.10 then I have
never been able to use the new OS Upgrade unless I download it and start fresh
losing my apps. Now I save it to a second hard drive so not to lose them.
So if ubuntu design teams actually reads this we all who love the
