I having similiar conditions too.
My sound card is gone from pulseaudio preferences.
System -> Prefrences -> Sound -> hardware.
This is happens after I try the hibernate.

What I'm talking about is in the "Network Proxy" -> "Ignored Hosts"
settings. On my settings, I already add my company's domain, but it
doesn't bypass the proxy.

The solution is to fix the configuration. Just delete the line
"" on the config file.
Usually the location is on /etc/libvirt/qemu/yourvm.xml
Then restart the libvirt, and set the boot order from cdrom.
