On opening up xubuntu 14.04 the cursor/pointer arrow freezes/locks up on mewhen trying to put my password in on the logong window. Sometimes it unfreezes but most of the time I'm locked onto that screen and I must do a 'hard crash', aka shutdown the computer with the on/off button, I don't like do

What does this mean your 'Changed in status report? Just curious since I sent this report in a week or so ago and I did what Manfred said to do, it seems all is working fairly fine, a few hiccups but start up, logon, seems to be okay. nothing else seems wrong at this moment. your Status says C
