mainmenu does't recalculate menu position on resolution ch

Currently nautilus extensions can't create menu separator.
Rabbitvcs (and some other packages) are implementing ugly fake menu
separators because of the missing feature.
I have created patch for this, and I hope it can be applied to ubuntu
nautilus package.

I tested this patch and it does't crash anymore.
It appears that mdb_sql_error function outputs to stderr and char*
without resetting the va_list(If resetting the va_list is legal I don't
know)

When tracking `Theme parsing error: gtk-buttons.css:159:10: Expected
valid border` error
and looked inside `/usr/share/themes/Lubuntu-desktop/gtk-3.0/gtk-
buttons.css` at 159 line, and there was:
padding: -1 2
I believe that `-1` is invalid value and should be replaced.
