I've been able to reproduce this VERY consistently with both firefox 3 beta 5
and epiphany on the following page:

I have also encountered this - ever since my clean install of 9.10 -
both movie player, and VLC will consistently display this behaviour with
any video file played.
After a few minutes of normal video playing, the sound will mute, and
the video will FF or freeze.
