Binary package hint: ghostscript
I am running Hardy Heron 8.04, Release 8.04, Gimp, Gutenprint. All
packages are up to date, as suggested by standard updates. I didn't
install anything special with respect to Gimp or the printer.
When printing from Gimp to my Epson Stylus Ph
I tried to collect missing information now.

on my HP printer.

gThumb seems to have the same problem, printing on the Epson device.

As I mentioned, I cannot imagine what I could have done wrong for this to
happen. Also, it didn't occur again.
So, currently I see no chance to reproduce this.
