I had installed Mythbuntu 14.0.4.1 LTS version i386 86_x64 on an HP pc that is
actually an AMD x64.
So, I decided to burn the latest ios for Mythbuntu AMD x64 and perform a fresh
installation.
During the install, the installer prompted me that it had crashed.
I'm not sure h
Confirmed that not enabling VNC during the installation works around the
installer crash issue.
(Still a problem with 14.04.4 install media AMD64).

(ENGT220) video card, only connected output is HDMI to surround receiver, then
HDMI to Panasonic LED TV.
Unused workaround from comment #22 (disable xfsettingfsd) and has been solid
