Hardy Heron. For outgoing e-mail I selected a default BCC to a back-up
e-mail address. It worked in Gutsy but doesn't now. Entering the BCC or
CC manually in each outgoing message seems to work.

Using Gnome Pilot I've been synchronising with Evolution. It has never
correctly synchronised the address book - it flatly refuses to
synchronise certain contacts no matter if I re-enter them! Recently it
failed to recognise the Palm completely

Michael's hunch that this was related to a hardware issue seemed to be correct.
Before I was able to continue with testing the RAM the machine died and had to
be sent back to the manufacturer. When I got it back I reloaded Heron with no
problems. Now on a different machine using Ibex. Sorry if

My report of this bug came from when I was using 11.04 Beta. This has
not occurred to me in the full release but, if it helps, the full
release is a dual-boot installation and upgraded from 10.10 whereas the
beta release was an upgrade of a WUBI install.

Somehow the distribution upgrade had affected the video channel.
Resetting the channel to 0 enabled video.
