asks the user if install and reboot or not.
However, if the user then taps "install" on it, the phone is rebooted
without prompt.
I think we should show again the dialog for rebooting, also in this
case...
I believe those are issues you can have in system settings and indicator
as well? The backend code is exactly the same, as well as most of the
frontend.
