Public bug reported:
The built-in speaker is not working, but when I plug the speaker in that
works. It happened before, but after I plugged in and out the headphones
that solved the problem. Now it does not help neither.
ProblemType: Bug
DistroRelease: Ubuntu 10.04

Thanks. I updated the alsa drivers properly, but no change only the
headphones worked and the speakers didn't.
I think I have the same problem like these guys here:
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=616845
I checked my card
Codec: Analog Devices AD1981
Codec: LSI ID 1040
from the list its:
The headphone is working now.
Sorry, I wrote wrong command in the terminal, so I CAN modify the files.
Anyway the same problem like the beginning, no speaker.
Any ideas, advice?
