I'm trying to rip an iso of a video-dvd. Neither am I able to rip the
iso file directly nor by mounting the iso and selecting the folder.
Output when trying via the mounted is- folder:

Yeah, it's the same DVD. I created the image by:
1. right click on the mounted DVD icon on the desktop
2. Choosing "Copy Disk..."
3. Selecting "Copy disk to: File image"

The upstream bug was filed in 2001 and there was no progress since. I'd
rather mark this confirmed or rejected since 'in progress' could be a
bit misleading...
As Matthew Garret stated we should first bind these buttons to XF8
Marking as Confirmed since there's actually no progress (neither in
Ubuntu nor upstream). Or should all bugs, that are forwarded upstream be
marked as In Progress?

* Send (stock_mail-send -> no corresponding tango icon yet)
* Attachment (stock_attach -> should point to mail-attachment)

thanks for your nice icon. Unfortunately it looks nearly identical to
mail-forward. Maybe you could change the color of the arrow to green?
Could you please do a tango icon first. All mail icons are currently
only available in tango which human depends on. You could start from
mail-forward

I can confirm this on my Thinkpad T42p with up to date Edgy. The system
freezes immediately after I have removed the cd drive off the ultrabay.
