Hi, i experience the same problem. Firefox becomes unusable, it freezes
for 10 seconds after each action i do (scroling, etc ...)
My hardware :
Dell XPS
- Intel Core 2 Duo T9300 (2,50 GHz)
- 3 GB RAM DDR2
- nVidia GeForce Go 8600M GT
I have also a desktop PC
- AMD Athlon 64 3500
- NVidia G

It looks like I'm affected by this issue too. I loose connection and have to
restart my machine all the time. Is there a way just to reset the module?
@thedoctar how did you solve it? Did you manually I install the latest
firmware? My system is fully updated but nothing helps.

This issue is real pain and persists even with Ubuntu 20.04 and my Bose
QuietComfort 35.
Selecting High Fidelity Playback (A2DP Sink) does nothing. I managed to do it
once but it seems it stuck with low quality now :(

I don't notice any differances. Moving wobbly windows (and so on .. )

I'm affected too. It's random. Sometimes i can work with mounted drives

Same problem here. Clean install (Maverick). NVidia 260.19.06. It only happens
with compiz. It doesn't happen with Lucid.
Probably this issue came to Maverick with the new X.Org Server 1.9 release.

@Nadav: I wouldn't say beta quality just the latest releases of the
pakages. LTS releases usually use "community proven stable versions" of
the packages. The have to ensure 3 years support for them.
