Turkish locales have a unusual collation feature. The letter "i" is
uppercased to "İ", while the usual English uppercase "I" is lowercased
to "ı". This breaks programs that use common "upcase(s1) == KEYWORD"
idiom to recognize keywords with case insensitivity.

After upgrade to Quantal my webcam stopped working. I tried Skype and
cheese. It worked in Precise perfectly. Also it continues to work in
dual-booted Windows 7. Now, some details:

I just tested v3.7-rc4-raring kernel and I cannot use the camera with it
either.

Alas, Unity does not support changing mouse pointer size in a consistent
way. One can do that via dconf-editor but it only works for half the
interface.
This is a unfortunate degradation of quality for us, people with seeing
