Please provide:
1) dmesg without nohz=on kernel command-line parameter
2) output of "cyclictest -n -t3 -p99" with and without nohz=on (cyclictest is
included into rt-tests

Create a file (rt2800.conf) in /etc/modprobe.d/ with this content (yes
it is only one line):
options rt2800usb nohwcrypt=0
So reboot, try and report result!
