In Intrepid rt kernel Dynamic Ticks support is still present (as you can
seen from kernel config file) but I have added a little patch that it
turned off by default (in generic it is on by default instead). Dynamic

The fglrx driver don't build (so don't work) with rt kernel in Intrepid.
It is a regression from Hardy.
Patch is very simple: a couple of one-line changes. It is well tested
because it is the same patch already present in Hardy.

That package don't exist anymore. Moreover Intrepid use kernel version

On my system CONFIG_NO_HZ is disabled only on linux-rt:

/boot/config-2.6.24-19-rt:# CONFIG_NO_HZ is not set
