now I tried to install gdm2setup and change gtk theme to clearlooks, I
try do login and logout about ten times and only once gdm locked up and
restart, then I seems now I can login with nvidia-96 drivers enabled

Running Ubuntu 17.04, AMD HD 7420G.
I have difficulties in trying to configure an external monitor via VGA (HDMI
works perfectly), the system crashes whenever I switch to extended mode.
Sometimes I get one monitor switched on while the other off but never duplicate
mode wor

for me with a Cannon Lide30 the scanner item is listed in the menu
with a HP DeskJet F2180 All-in-One Printer (printer + scanner) there is
no scanner item in the menu

I installed the beta from a usb pendrive, and also gnome-keyring didn't
remember passwords

Hi everybody, yesterday I saw the same problem on my netbook. I use
Lubuntu 12.04 amd64. This is what I get in the terminal:

I updated to the version 1.3.6-1ubuntu0.1 on proposed repository, I also
deleted me-tv.db file and rebuild channels list
now me-tv is usable, but it suffers of temporary lockups about every 3-10
minutes with high disk usage, during the lockups seems me-tv rebuild the
me-tv.db file (on ~/.local/m

attached there is the /debug/dri/0/i915_error_state with 3.5.0-26 kernel
with 3.5.0-26 and 3.5.0-27 kernels after few minutes Xorg get temporary
lockups and after about an hour I can only move the mouse pointer and I
can kill Xorg with alt+print+backspace, but after that graphics will be
corrupted
on comment #125 there is the /debug/dri/0/i915_error_state with 3.5.0-28
kernel, with this kernel compiz and unity crash immediately after the
login and graphics quickly become corrupted, I didn't waited Xorg to be
locked up as anyway it isn't possible to work with that kernel
