This problem is also present in kernel version 4.15.0-42
I'm relatively new to linux so I'm not sure how important it is to be on
the latest kernel, but I can't go past version -38.
Please help.

how do I save the output in order to post it here after rebooting with
~39?

Also occurs on Linux Mint 19 Cinnamon. The 2nd or 3rd monitors do not
even have to be turned on. I just have to connect to the displayLink
docking station for the flickering to start.

I'm sorry I can't, I require virtualbox almost constantly, and also use
nvidia drivers... and according to the instructions provided, I'll need
to uninstall both.
This is my main work machine, can't really play around with things on
it.
I've removed the -39 kernel for now.

XPS 9560 won't boot with this kernel version
If somebody can guide me how, I am willing to help update the plugin.
This is a really frustrating problem on Rhythmbox.
2 Years & still nothing has been done. Please guide me, and I'll work
on it.
