Tis bug accured when I tyr to check, or uncheck some items of menus.
May be it's important. Before this, I added some applications to system
by Software Center, and killed X. In the result of this was the new app
links was removed from main menu, but still visible in mode of "Edit
menu". So, when
I've just checked and Gnome does not suffer from this bug.

Using `xset -dpms` indeed seems to fix the problem, however, the

I've investigated a bit, this is actually gvfs-open bug.
It uses '[ str1 == str2 ]' to compare strings, which is wrong. When /bin/sh is
a bash it is ok, bash builtin forgives that mistake, but when /bin/sh is a
symlink to a dash shell, dash's builtin '[' command fails.
