Somehow I managed to solve the problem, but I made the mistake of not
keeping the problematic branch around, so I can't reproduce the problem
any more. Also, I can't find any full path stored in any Bazaar

Hi Christopher, I've tried with mainline kernel 3.6.0-030600rc1-generic,
but it still has the same problem.
I tried to bisect the kernel, but had an overheating problem with the
CPU. I'll report back if I get it solved. In the meanwhile I can give
some more information about the problem.

Sorry for the late response. I've already solved the overheating problem
(it just needed new thermal grease) which means I can build kernels
again :-)
I've identified the problem to be between versions 3.0.0-15.26 and
3.0.0-16.29. So right now I'm bisecting to find out exactly where it
appeared. I

7e980c78fa44e640e5f97fef2a7e67f3362cc32c. OHCI: final fix for NVIDIA
problems (I hope).
It's strange because I'd say I don't have any nvidia hardware... Anyway,
if you need me to test anything else, please tell me.
